Nice copy of this children's song book. Mild rubbing to corners, edges, and tips of spine. Small 1.5 inch crease to upper rear board. Very faint stain from dj on front paste down and first front fee end page and light wrinkling to the first couple of pages. Text is clean, binding is excellent. Dust jacket shows major damp staining and tearing but is included. The staining does not appear to have affected the boards of the book as if the cover was removed when it was damaged.
